| This is a gentle, low impact work out performed in our 91˚ salt water therapy ool. Gentle tone aquafit will maintain if not increase your bone density as well as ork muscles that are rarely used on land. Hydro-static pressure improves blood circulation, reduces swelling in injured or swollen joints and helps decrease water retention. | This work-out will get your blood flowing and your heart rate up while still maintaining a great, low-impact work out. This is performed in our 83˚ 25 meter salt water pool (Newmarket only). The cardio work out will not strain the weight-bearing joints in your back, and the resistance of the water ensures that you will not work beyond your capacity.
